How soon is my download available?

Your order will be available to download as soon as your payment is completed. When paying with your PayPal account or by credit card, you will be redirected to a download page on our website within a few seconds after your payment is processed by PayPal's servers. You will also be sent an order confirmation email with your download link. Download links remain valid for 48 hours after your order is processed.

Payment by eCheck from a U.S. bank will take longer, approximately 3-4 business days. From a Canadian bank, an eCheck transaction will take about 7-8 business days. You will receive an email with your download link after your eCheck transaction is completed.

If you do not receive our email, be sure to check your Bulk Email or Spam folder. (Email with encrypted links can get caught by some Spam filters.) For any problem with your order, you may contact us through the form on this website. Please include all your order details.

What size are the files?

Our image files are high resolution, suitable for printing at 300 dpi. The ZIP file sizes range from several hundred KB to a few MB. They download quickly on broadband but will take longer on dial-up connections.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our product line, all sales are final and we do not issue refunds. If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. AngelsLanding.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

What do I do with the files?

Save your download. The first step is to save the ZIP files to your hard drive. Keep track of the location where you save them. For example, you could create a new folder called "Angels-Landing" and save your downloaded files there. It is also a good idea to save an additional copy on a backup CD or DVD, since we do not replace files that you might lose or damage later.

How do I open the files?

ZIP files. To open the downloaded ZIP files, your system might already have an unzipping program. For Windows, locate the file name in WindowsExplorer and right-click on it. From the pop-up context menu, select "Extract All..." and follow the wizard. If you do not already have an unzipping program, you can download a free trial version from WinZip.

PDF files. Many of our downloads include PDF versions that have been formatted for instant printing. To view them, you probably already have Adobe Reader on your computer. If not, you can download it free at Adobe's website. You can print PDF files at different sizes by setting your printer preferences. See our easy tutorial: Printing PDF Files.

PNG or JPG files. Our downloads also include PNG or JPG files for the individual designs or elements. These files can be edited and printed with a graphics program such as Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Paint Shop Pro, or GIMP (free). You can rotate, flip, scale, and combine the designs. PNG files will display a checkerboard in the transparent background areas, but the checkerboard will not print. These files can also be viewed with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, and they can be printed from Microsoft Word.
