How to resize PNG images and print with Microsoft Word
For those who don't use graphics programs, MS Word is an alternate way to print PNG files. These easy steps show how to insert digi-stamps and change their sizes with Word. Although the directions were written for PNG files, it works the same way for JPG files.

Open a new blank document in Word.
From the main menu, choose
Insert > Picture > From File.

Go to where you have your PNG file stored, and double-click the file name. That will insert the image into your new document.

There are two ways to size the image. The easiest way is to click on the image and then drag the little black square in one of the corners to resize it.

The second way to size the image is more precise. You can double-click on the image to bring up the Format Picture options. Then click on the Size tab and specify the exact dimensions.
Tip: Keep the "Lock aspect ratio" checkbox checked, and you'll only need to specify the height. It will automatically calculate the width.

After you have your PNG image sized correctly and placed on your page the way you want it, you can choose File > Print Preview to see how the page will print.
Then click the little printer icon to send it to your printer, and you're done.
