Today I’m introducing you to the work of another talented stamper, Alma Olhava. Alma has been entirely enthusiastic about using digital stamping images in her creations. These two examples will give you a sense of the light, delicate touch she achieves in her shading.

Have a G'day, Mate by Alma Olhava
This round card creates the perfect frame for a gray Aussie koala. That tiny bow on her head made me smile :D . Alma did the scalloped circle with her Cricut. The daisy is from the Simply Flowers digi-stamps set and has microbeads covering its center. There’s a slit cut just above the paw to allow the koala to hold the stem. You’ll find more details on Alma’s blog, Stamping Mutt.

Simply Flowers & Flowerpot by Alma Olhava

Simply Flowers by Alma Olhava
Alma chose a cheerful palette of spring hues for this flowerpot arrangement. The little kookaburra is from the Aussie Animals set, and the floral digi-stamps are all from the Simply Flowers set. She has built a sense of depth by the careful positioning of colors. The three blue flowers appear to be in background, since the cool blues recede. The warm pinks, oranges, and yellows advance for the top layers. Read about how she printed her layers using MS PowerPoint in her Flower Pot post.

Have you created something special with Angels Landing images? I’d love to mention your work in my blog’s AL Eye Candy. Please send me a link to your card or other project.
