One of the best things about releasing my line of digital images is getting to know some wonderfully talented artists that I might not have met online otherwise. Two of them are Broni Holcombe and Bonnie Sharp. They recently wrote about their experiences with digital images, and they both did awesome jobs coloring their cards, too.

Beary Best Friends by Broni Holcombe

Beary Best Friends by Broni Holcombe
Looking at this adorable card, you would never guess it was Broni’s first attempt with digi-stamps. She combined four separate images from the Mini Bears & Birds set and the Simply Flowers set. Typical for Broni’s work, these images have been colored superbly. She used Word to insert the transparent PNG files for printing. You can read more about how she managed it and see a larger photo on her blog, Splashes of Watercolor.

Twinkling Angels by Bonnie Sharp

Teddy Bear and Bluebird by Bonnie Sharp
Bonnie created this sweet card for Madelynn’s Twinkling Tuesdays sketch challenge. Bonnie’s skillful shading and highlights make the shapes in this teddy bear appear three dimensional. The felt embellishments add just the right amount of texture and interest. This image is from the Mini Bears & Birds set. To see a larger photo with all the details, including the cute little dots on this bear’s muzzle, check Bonnie’s blog: The Lucky Clucker.

Have you created something special with Angels Landing images? I’d love to feature it in an upcoming AL Eye Candy post. Please send me a link to your card or other project.
