There’s nothing like new, freshly sharpened pencils for the first day of school. Any kitty lover in your life would love to have this pencil cup on her desk with this little pair of kitties to brighten her day. Lauri made this altered pencil can out of an empty hot chocolate tin and embellished some pencils for added flair. The digi-stamp sentiment says, “Hope you will have a paws-itively purr-fect day.” Check her blog for additional photos of this cute project. |

Awesome project, Lauri…I was thinking about adding the same thing for my son’s new teacher. Great job! Love the added flair on the end of the pencils – this way you can keep track of your pencils – LOL!
